Servant's Community Church

Servant's Community Church envisions a community of transformation, seeking Christ's kingdom, loving God, and loving neighbor. Originally established to provide a more "casual" and welcoming worship opportunity for low-income neighbors, Servant's has established itself as a small Christian community making a big impact on the West Side neighborhood of Grand Rapids. A place of hope, healing, and embrace: we curate space by being responsive to our neighborhood. This looks like partnering with area ministries to provide critically needed hot meals to nearly 100 people each week, curating a safe place for kids to hang out, and engaging hard questions about a God who cares about the very real needs of folks pressed up against their limits. We get to see lives transformed by the power of Christ, lonely people embraced in community, and connections made to needed resources.
